These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all services provided by SigmaTech Services, including web development, mobile app development, logo design, eBook writing, publishing, marketing, SEO, SMM, and all forms of digital marketing. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with SigmaTech Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any future modifications thereof. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

SigmaTech Services provides digital solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development
  • Branding and logo creation
  • eBook content writing, editing, publishing, and marketing
  • SEO, SMM, and integrated digital marketing strategies

All services are subject to project-specific contracts and deliverables outlined in the client’s service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website and all deliverables provided by SigmaTech Services (including source code, designs, written material, digital graphics, trademarks, and associated assets) are the exclusive property of SigmaTech Services or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

4. Electronic Communications

By visiting SigmaTech Services website or communicating via email, users consent to receive communications electronically. All legal communications delivered electronically fulfill the same legal requirements as written correspondence.

5. Confidentiality

SigmaTech Services agrees to treat all client data, proprietary information, and creative briefs as confidential unless the client grants explicit permission for public disclosure (e.g., portfolio use).

6. Client Testimonials & Submissions

Any feedback, testimonials, or comments submitted by users may be used by SigmaTech Services for marketing purposes without compensation. The company holds full rights to reproduce, display, or distribute user-submitted content for promotional purposes.

7. Fulfillment Policy

SigmaTech Services is committed to delivering services in a timely and professional manner.

7.1 Order Processing

Projects are initiated within 1-2 business days of full payment and receipt of all required inputs.

7.2 Delivery Timelines

Timeframes vary by service:

  • Logo Design: 2-4 business days
  • Web Design: 15-25 business days
  • App Development: Initial outline within 3-5 business days; the rest depends on project scope.
  • eBook Writing: Initial outline within 3-5 business days; full manuscript based on milestone agreement
  • eBook Publishing: Formatting, layout, and upload completed within 5-7 business days after manuscript approval
  • eBook Marketing Campaigns: Strategy and rollout within 5-10 business days, depending on platforms involved
  • SEO/SMM Strategy: 5 business days
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: As per the defined project scope

Delays caused by missing inputs, late approvals, or client-side inaction are not the responsibility of SigmaTech Services.

7.3 Mode of Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally via:

  • Secure download links
  • Email attachments
  • Client dashboards or portals

No physical products are shipped unless expressly agreed in writing.

7.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide timely and accurate information, including content and approvals
  • Respond to feedback or revision requests promptly
  • Avoid engaging external service providers on the same project without prior written notice

7.5 Urgent or Custom Delivery

Requests for expedited services must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges depending on service complexity and team availability.

7.6 Non-Delivery

In the event SigmaTech Services is unable to fulfill the service due to internal limitations, the client will be eligible for a refund or credit per Section 8 (Refund Policy).

We are not liable for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incomplete client inputs
  • Client’s failure to respond within agreed-upon timelines
  • Third-party platform restrictions (e.g., publishing delays on Amazon, Apple Books)
  • Force majeure events (e.g., technical outages, natural disasters)

7.7 Ongoing Services

Monthly and retainer-based services such as SEO, SMM, and eBook Marketing are delivered on a rolling schedule, per the contractual agreement.

Cancellation requires prior written notice as per the termination clause defined in the service contract.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by the terms below:

Refunds Are Not Applicable If:

  • The primary concept has been approved
  • Revisions have been requested
  • The client is unresponsive for over 14 calendar days
  • Cancellation is due to reasons beyond SigmaTech Services control
  • Work is subcontracted to third parties
  • Change of mind or scope without valid reasoning
  • Service involves non-refundable tasks (SEO, SMM, domain hosting, etc.)

Money-Back Guarantee: Applies only if initial concepts are rejected without revision requests. In such cases, 33% of the total billed amount will be retained for operational costs.

To initiate a refund, clients must contact [email protected] within 10 business days of project delivery.

Upon refund issuance, all rights to designs, content, and deliverables revert to SigmaTech Services.

9. Revision Policy

Clients are entitled to a defined number of revisions based on their selected package. Revisions outside of package scope or after final approval are considered billable.

10. Delivery of Services

Delivery timelines are determined by the scope of the project and the selected package. Services are considered delivered when shared via the client portal or designated email.

SigmaTech Services is not liable for delays caused by client-side inaction or insufficient briefings.

11. Record Retention

SigmaTech Services retains records and backups of finalized deliverables for a period of 6 months post-project completion. Retrievals requested after this period may be subject to additional charges.

12. Communication Policy

Official communication channels include:

13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SigmaTech Services be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or project delays.

14. Force Majeure

SigmaTech Services shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, internet outages, or government restrictions.

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of SigmaTech Services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration may be conducted remotely (online), and both parties agree to this format where permissible.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. SigmaTech Services operates as an online business entity, and users agree that any legal matters shall be handled under the jurisdiction appropriate to the nature of digital services rendered within the U.S.

17. Modification and Severability

SigmaTech Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of such changes. If any provision herein is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.

18. Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use stolen payment methods will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to federal and state authorities. Fraudulent activity is strictly prosecuted under applicable U.S. law.
